The Pirton Barn was a dilapidated building that formed part of a larger site and the client wished to gain planning permission for a contemporary residential conversion project. We provided a modern proposal that drew on historic characteristics and enhanced existing features to produce a design that met the client’s high standards, as well as the Council's. The design gained approval due to its high quality and ability to demonstrate that it met all of the statutory requirements, thanks to our expert planning and architecture teams.
