Old Gloucester Road, Bristol

This 4.7 hectare site was part of a large area allocated by the Planning Authority for circa 2,000 dwellings in a mixed-use community. Corylus was initially instructed by the client to submit representations to the Council on master planning and development of the whole allocated area. This was followed by the master planning of the client’s site, and the submission of an outline planning application for up to 158 dwellings, which was granted consent in 2020. Corylus continues to provide advice in relation to condition compliance and implementation.
