Conversion for guest accommodation

Corylus has successfully achieved many approvals for conversion of disused agricultural buildings for residential use under the provisions of Permitted Development. We have also obtained full planning permission where the PD provisions did not apply, for example a disused building in the Cotswolds AONB to guest accommodation, where the nearby footpath network offers a secluded but sustainable tourism opportunity.
