Commissioned to acquire planning permission for this bespoke home, the principle of the property was to create a sustainable house that seeks harmony between inside and outside spaces maintaining uninterrupted views to the surrounding landscape.

Working with the consultants and architects, Mecanoo, we achieved planning permission for the property on the site of one of the most prestigious luxury private estates in the UK, and also assisted with the landscape and design elements of the project.
