Successful at appeal - in a Green Belt

Corylus applied to redevelop land within London’s Green Belt from storage use to residential. The Planning Authority considered the site to be employment space and the proposal to be inappropriate development in the Green Belt, and refused permission. Corylus won the case on appeal, enabling the site to be beneficially used and visually enhanced.
