The Lakes by Yoo is a major holiday home and leisure development in the Cotswolds with which Corylus has been involved since its inception over 17 years ago. It includes a range of high quality holiday homes within a mature lakeside setting created following gravel extraction and a Country Park.

We have provided a full range of services including: outline and detailed planning; landscape design and management; advice and guidance on all aspects of water management; and detailed architectural work for individuals purchasing plots on the site.

Our long involvement includes a significant amount of repeat business and we are appreciated for our multidisciplinary skills, flexible approach and attention to detail.

The Lakes has recently been included in an area designated as a Site of Scientific Interest and we have established good working relationships with Natural England in achieving a development which works for individual owners and the wider community.
