The orchard spa

The Orchard Spa is a high quality leisure facility forming part a major second home development within the Cotswold Water Park. The Spa comprises a 20m swimming pool, gymnasium, treatment rooms and club room, set within an extensive landscaped garden.

The Spa was developed within a former ‘brownfield’ site, comprising a disused tile factory within a larger sand and gravel quarry.

Corylus were appointed as principal planning consultants for the project and were involved in the design and implementation of the Spa garden and exterior spaces, incorporating a children’s play area, orchard and small arboretum.
