Corylus secured planning permission for the installation of a 49.9MW battery energy storage system at land to the south of Peterstow Gas Compressor Station, Herefordshire.

The application was made on behalf of Innova Renewable Developments.

Corylus has been involved in the creation of the following aspects of the application:
• Planning - Creation of a suitable design and access statement and planning statement. Liaison with a team of consultants.
• Architectural Team - Creation of scheme plans, elevations and cross sections.
• Landscape – Our landscape team produced a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment and a Landscape and Ecological Mitigation Plan.
• Hydrology – Our hydrologist produced a Flood Risk Assessment and an appropriate SUDs scheme for the BESS proposal
