Corylus was commissioned to obtain planning permission to convert a collection of disused farm buildings into two residential homes that met the high standards of Stowell Park Estate. A sensitive design approach that was careful not to harm existing character and quality was coupled with modern elements to create a complementary contrast between old and new. This was viewed favourably by both client and the Planning Authority and planning permission was granted.
