Plot 4.24

Corylus were approached by this client to design an extension for their existing property, which was built in 2015. Our extension design proposed a games room to the ground floor, with a study, bedroom and an additional bathroom upstairs. Additionally, solar panels are proposed to be installed on the existing roof, with on-site battery storage.

Having recently received planning permission, we are now segueing into the construction stage where we will be managing the project's progress.
