Corylus were appointed by the client to design a high-end extension to their existing property.

Our brief was to create a recreational environment for the enjoyment of the family and guests. The ground floor proposal focuses on social entertainment, with private spaces on the first floor. Sustainable power sources to enhance energy efficiency were also considered and proposed to cover not only the extension but also the existing property.

Having secured planning permission with the support of our planning team, the project flowed smoothly into the implementation phase, with Corylus involved from the technical design into the handover.
We have also had the pleasure of developing the interior design scheme, which embraces a chic, modern aesthetic punctuated with bold block colours. A playful nod to the client's character and autonomous functionally.
