Pelican House

Overview:
Corylus Planning and Environmental Ltd has prepared a conceptual design for a first-floor extension over the existing flat roof, together with associated internal alterations and a new entrance porch. The proposal seeks to enhance the residential accommodation by providing two new bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom at first floor level. The scheme is presented at an early design stage and is intended as a high-level concept only.

Project Highlights:
• The proposed first floor extension is located above the existing flat roof, allowing additional accommodation to be created through vertical expansion while retaining the existing building footprint and garden space.

Our contribution:
Corylus provided architectural and planning support across all stages of the project. This included:
• Developing initial and alternative design schemes for Pelican House
• Preparing planning documents and managing the submission to the local authority.
• Producing CGI visuals
