City Bouldering Stratford

Corylus was appointed to secure a change of use planning permission for the redevelopment of an MOT centre to a Climbing Centre in Stratford, East London, into a new City Bouldering.

The proposal supports the revitalisation of an underused urban building, transforming it into a community-focused leisure facility. The scheme will provide a broad range of bouldering problems, accommodating all abilities from beginners through to advanced and elite climbers.

The space is designed to be inclusive and accessible, catering for families, corporate groups, after-school clubs, birthday parties, enthusiasts, first-time climbers, and experienced professionals alike.
