The Lakes by YOO began as a vision shared between global property developer John Hitchcox and celebrated designer Philippe Starck to create a modern retreat in the Cotswolds.
Corylus has been involved in the project since its inception over 17 years ago, providing a full range of multi-disciplinary services including: outline and detailed planning; landscape design and management; advice and guidance on all aspects of water management; and detailed architectural work for individuals purchasing plots on the site.
The holiday and leisure development is now fully matured as a secluded and secure estate and Country Park, with a range of high quality homes set within a mature lakeside setting, created following gravel extraction.
