40 DWELLINGS ON THE EDGE OF A VILLAGE

Outline planning for residential development of up to 42 dwellings. The site was not allocated by the Local Authority, had a local landscape designation ‘washing over’ it, and a Public Right of Way running across it. Preparation of the Neighbourhood Plan was ongoing prior to and during the preparation of the Planning Application, and the 1.7 Ha site was identified as a contender site allocation by the Neighbourhood Plan group.
