Ingham Brewery

Change of use of an agricultural workshop/storage building to brewery use (B2). Gusto Pronto a locally based award-winning beer company were looking to expand following the success of their business. Our client was approached to see if they had suitable premises for the craft brewery’s expansion.

The application building lay in the setting of a listed building. It was only necessary to make minimal external changes to the building to provide adequate ventilation for steam, a by-product of the brewing process. All other changes applied to the internal fit out of the building
