Corylus had the pleasure of designing this 3 storey property, along with a outhouse containing an annex and games room.

The 3 storey void over the entrance hall provides a sense of drama, especially when paired with the picturesque views over the surrounding lakes from the third floor.

Our hydrology and landscaping departments have devised a water management scheme that ties into the existing topography of the site and is celebrated through careful landscape design.

Having gained approval of our design from The Lakes by Yoo, Corylus will submit the plans for planning permission and will project manage the construction of the property.
