Corylus had the pleasure of designing a high-end passive property, along with an auxiliary building and a marvellous outdoor living space.

The shape and rhythms of the buildings have been carefully assessed. The spiral staircase in the 3-storey entrance hall void provides a portion of human refection and sense of drama, especially when paired with the picturesque views over the surrounding lakes from the third floor.

Our hydrology and landscaping departments have devised a water management scheme that ties into the existing topography of the site and is celebrated through careful landscape design.
