The Lakes by Yoo is one of the most prestigious leisure developments in the Cotswolds.  Ultimately, it will comprise xx holiday homes plus hotel accommodation around a series of lakes that are restored gravel extraction areas.  Corylus has been providing advice and guidance on all aspects of water management at The Lakes site since its inception in xx.  This has included drainage and flood risk assessments for planning applications both for individual units and specific phases of planning.  Operational guidance has also been provided both during flood periods and in periods of low lake levels.  The lake levels are monitored regularly with the information provided to the management team at Coln Park with specific advice on mitigation measures.
