Fletton Quays

Fletton Quays is a landmark mixed use development will comprise 400 new apartments, a 150 bed hotel, new office development and a museum and restaurant associated with former railway buildings and the Nene Distillery.

Corylus worked in collaboration with DB Landscape Consultancy Ltd to undertake a Townscape and Visual Appraisal to assess the potential effects of the proposed development upon the existing setting and the historic city skyline, dominated by Peterborough Cathedral.

Corylus were principally involved with the preparation of a series of photo-montages and 3D computer generated models to illustrate the building massing and the potential impacts upon the historic skyline. This material was used to inform the Townscape Assessment, which was submitted as part of the planning application for the development.
